1. Scope of services

We provide outbound physical mail dispatch services, which may include printing, preparation, postage selection and application, carrier handoff, and dispatch confirmation.

2. What we do not provide

We do not provide legal advice, document review, service of process, compliance verification, or inbound mail handling. Clients are responsible for content accuracy and legality.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate recipient and return address information and submit final documents ready for dispatch. We are not responsible for errors caused by client-provided information.

4. Pricing & payment

Dispatch fees are bundled and include materials, postage, preparation, and administrative handling unless otherwise stated. Payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Dispatch & delivery

Dispatch occurs when an item is transferred to a third-party carrier. Delivery timelines and outcomes are determined by the carrier and are outside our control.

6. Proof & records

We may provide dispatch confirmation, tracking numbers, and receipt images when applicable. These records are informational and do not constitute legal proof of service.

7. Cancellations & changes

Requests may be canceled or modified only before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations are not refundable.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific dispatch request. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

We handle client materials with reasonable care. Absolute security is not guaranteed. Do not submit irreplaceable originals.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate.

Privacy Notice

We collect only the information required to process dispatch requests and communicate status updates. We do not sell client data.

We may share necessary details with third-party carriers solely to complete delivery.
